Before you ask.

What counts as a seat?

Every recruiter who logs in and works a desk. Hiring managers and clients who only review candidates you share with them do not need a seat.

Can we change plan later?

Yes, at any point. Moving up applies immediately and is prorated; moving down takes effect at your next renewal.

Where is our data held?

In the EU. You can export candidates, clients and placements to CSV whenever you like, on every plan.

Is the AI charged separately?

No. CV reading, fit scoring and drafting are included in the plan they appear on, with fair-use limits rather than per-credit billing.

Do you help us move off our old ATS?

Every plan can import candidates and clients from CSV. On Enterprise we run the migration with you, including notes and attachments.
